Acquired 19/20 Blackhall Place. Off market sale of 37 ultra-modern new build apartments which Red Rock developed and pre-let to Dublin City Council under a 25 year lease social lease. Transaction value of circa. €20m.
Premier Inn, Gloucester Street, Dublin 2. Site identified, acquired and pre-let to Premier Inn Hotel Group. Planning obtained and financing facility agreed with Fortwell Capital, their first Irish transaction. This is also Premier Inn’s first Design and Build development in Ireland.
Castlehaven (“CH”) have been a strategic partner of Red Rock and continue to provide support for a range of our residential led projects. CH were a key partner in the development of 19/20 Blackhall Place, and we will have over 150 units either completed or under construction with CH by year end 2021.
